📬 What happens after purchase?
- You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately
- Then, we’ll send you a second email with a secure link to our submission form
- There’s no rush — you can return to that link when you're ready to send your files
⏱️ When should I send the files?
- Ideally within 48 hours to keep your order on track
- If you're preparing for a specific occasion (birthday, wedding, memorial), we recommend submitting at least 2–3 weeks in advance
🛠️ We won’t start production until you complete the form
This gives you time to choose the perfect playlist, gather your photos, and decide on the layout.
