📌 Can I send photos and you create the design?

If you don’t want to design the artwork yourself, we’ll do it for you using your photos and details from the order form. The design will follow one of our pre-set Canva templates.

✅ Our basic design service includes:

🛠 We don’t retouch, brighten, or color-correct images as part of this service.

However, if your photos are blurry or low resolution, we use AI tools to upscale them for printing — at no extra cost.

🎨 If you provide specific instructions (fonts, layout, colors) or choose a different template from our catalog (currently 26 styles), we’ll follow them.

Otherwise, we’ll apply our professional design judgment to create something clean and balanced.

🧾 Custom design requests:

If you want something beyond our templates — like unique effects, collages, frames, or a fully tailored design — we can do it for an additional fee.

Final cost and timeline depend on the request and our design queue.

📩 You’ll receive a mockup for approval within 24 hours after we receive your form. If we don’t hear back from you within 48 hours, we’ll proceed with production to avoid delays.

💡 To keep things smooth, just send the final photos you want to use — no need to ask for design tests.
