🔎 What we check:
- Resolution (300 DPI or close)
- File size and dimensions (3675 x 3675 px / 1200 x 1200 px)
- Margin safety (no key content too close to edges)
- Correct file type (JPG or PNG)
- Print-readiness (no crop marks or undesired borders)
🎯 What we don’t do by default:
- Retouch or edit your image
- Move elements around
- Add or fix text/layouts (unless requested)
💬 If your design has issues, we’ll contact you to:
- Suggest improvements
- Ask for a replacement file
- Offer help adjusting it (if needed)
