- We can accept updates before we start working on your mockup or cut your vinyl
- Common updates include:
- Replacing a song
- Switching an image
- Fixing a typo in the message or title
- Reordering tracks
📫 How to send updates:
- Do not submit a new form — it causes confusion
- Instead, go to our contact page and send us:
- Your full name
- Order number
- A clear description of what needs to be changed
- The new file(s), if applicable
⏱️ Important: Any changes or additions to your submitted files may delay the processing of your order, especially if you have a specific delivery deadline. We recommend submitting all final files as early as possible to avoid delays.
