📬 After your purchase:
- Shopify Orders:
- You’ll receive a confirmation email for your order.
- Then, a second email with the subject “Here are the instructions to create your custom vinyl record”.
- This email includes a personalized form link to submit:
- 🎵 Your music (MP3, WAV, or similar).
- 🖼 Your photos or artwork.
- 📝 Messages or titles for your front/back cover and labels.
- 📋 Design preferences or Canva template links.
- Etsy Orders:
- You’ll receive a message through Etsy with a link to the appropriate form.
- In this form, you’ll need to provide your Etsy order number along with the content mentioned above.
📎 Form features:
- One field per song (e.g., A1, A2, B1, B2...).
- Dedicated fields for front/back/label images.
- Option to leave us notes or special requests.
- Ability to upload files or share download links (WeTransfer, Google Drive, etc.).
📅 Important: We won’t begin production until your form is submitted and your content is approved. If you need more time to prepare your files, that’s okay — just let us know.
