📩 After placing your order, you’ll receive:
- A confirmation email
- A second email (or Etsy message) with a link to your personalized submission form
⏱️ If you forget to send your files:
- We’ll remind you after a few days
- Production is paused until we receive all your content
- There’s no strict deadline, but after 30 days without a response, we may follow up or cancel
✉️ Forgot to include something or need to make changes?
- Please do not submit a new form — that can cause confusion and delay your order
- Instead, send us a message through our contact page with:
- Your name and order number
- The missing or updated file
- A note explaining the change
📎 We’ll manually add the file or update your order on our end and confirm everything with you.
