🧾 In a few words

We accept MP3, WAV, and M4A files — the most common formats for digital music. We don’t accept M4P files, as they are copy-protected and can’t be opened or converted by our team.

Preferred format: WAV (16-bit / 44.1kHz) — ideal for the best audio quality

Accepted formats: MP3, WAV, M4A

Not accepted: M4P (iTunes-protected), files from subscription-based downloads, or files with DRM

You can also send MP4 or MOV video files, but these may require extra processing and are only accepted if you’ve selected the “Help with my music” add-on.

After purchase, you’ll receive a personalized form via email where you can upload all your music files.
