The production timeline starts only after we review and approve your files. We send a mockup for every order — whether you designed it or we did. Delays can happen if the customer takes time to respond or if files need fixing.

🧾 Steps before production:
- Once you complete your order form, we typically reach out with a mockup on the same day
- If the files need changes or the customer suggests edits, this may delay the production start
- We strongly recommend checking your email frequently after submitting your form to avoid delays
🛠 Production time (after mockup approval):
- Most vinyl orders are made within 3 to 7 business days
- Orders with special finishes (splatter, picture disc, metallic, custom color) may take 5 to 10 business days
- Orders with express manufacturing add-ons are completed faster (see below)
🚨 Important: The review/approval time is separate from the production time.
We cannot start fabrication until we get your green light.
