- You can cancel your order and get a full refund if you haven’t submitted the form with your music and images yet
- Once the form is submitted, we begin preparing your order and refunds are no longer guaranteed
🛠 After production starts:
- No refunds are available once:
- The design has been started
- The audio has been prepared
- The record is in production
- If there’s a problem on our side (e.g., manufacturing error or shipping damage), we’ll offer a free replacement or store credit
📩 To request a cancellation or refund (if eligible):
- Contact us as soon as possible via our contact page
- Include your order number and reason for the request
