π¦ Who handles packaging?
Your vinyl is carefully produced and packed by our manufacturing partners. They ship each record in:
- A protective inner sleeve
- Wrapped in bubble wrap
- Enclosed in a rigid cardboard mailer
π₯ If your record arrives damaged:
- Please donβt panic β this is rare but it can happen
- Go to our damage report form and complete the required fields:
- Be ready to attach:
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Any signs of shipping damage on the packaging
- Your order number and contact info
π What happens next?
- Weβll respond within 24 hours
- Weβll coordinate with the manufacturer and shipping carrier
- If eligible, weβll send a free replacement or discuss alternatives (e.g. store credit or partial refund)
π Important notes:
- Make sure to include all requested photos so we can speed up the process
- If the issue is due to incorrect content sent (e.g. low-res images or wrong file uploads), weβll evaluate solutions on a case-by-case basis
